1.1 By subscribing to our streaming service, you agree to a 12-month commitment.
1.2 The subscription period begins on the date of your initial payment or acceptance as free gift.
1.3 Your subscription will automatically renew for another 12-month period unless cancelled before the end of the current subscription period.
1.4 Your subscription for Angelus+ can be cancelled at anytime.
2.1 Subscription fees are billed annually in advance.
2.2 All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
2.3 We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any fee changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
2.4 Your one-time payment of $39.99 grants access to the live streaming of the 2024 Angelus Press Conference for Catholic Tradition. Included for free, is the 12 month access to Angelus+, our new streaming platform.
3.1 Your subscription grants you access to our streaming content library for personal, non-commercial use only.
3.2 Content availability may vary over time and by geographic location.
3.3 We reserve the right to add, alter, or remove content without notice.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
5.2 Upon termination, you will lose access to our streaming service.
6.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
6.2 Our total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.
7.1 We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
7.2 Your continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8.1 These terms are governed by United States of America law.
